2015 Flex Spending Account Open Enrollment

The New York State Flex Spending Account (FSA) open enrollment period for the 2015 plan year begins October 6 and continues through November 7, 2014. The FSA can help you save on your eligible dependent care and medically necessary unreimbursed health care expenses. The paperless enrollment process is quick and easy. Apply online at or call 1-800-358-7202 (press 1). Make sure you have your most recent pay stub available since you will need your NYS EMPLID, Department ID and Negotiating Unit code to apply. You have until midnight on November 7, 2014 to apply for enrollment for 2015.
