Represented by the Civil Service Employees Association Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, Inc. (CSEA), the Operational Services Unit is comprised of craft workers, maintenance and repair personnel, and machine operators including maintenance assistants, cleaners, and highway maintenance workers.
