In the third and fourth years of the Agreement, a statewide joint labor-management Technology Committee shall be established consisting of four representatives appointed by the Chancellor and four representatives appointed by the President of UUP. The Technology Committee shall identify and review technology issues affecting employees' terms and conditions of employment and explore issues of mutual concern pertaining to the application of technology to work performed by members of the professional services negotiating unit. The committee shall meet at least quarterly and travel expenses will be provided through the Professional Development and Quality of Working Life Committee.
