§15.1 UUP shall have the exclusive right to the payroll deduction of employee organization membership dues for employees and no other employee organization shall be accorded any such membership dues payrolldeduction privilege.

§15.2 The State shall prepare, secure introduction and recommend passage by the Legislature of suchlegislation as may be appropriate and necessary to provide to UUP exclusive payroll deduction for employeeswho elect to participate in the UUP program known as VOTE-COPE, consistent with Section 201(a) of theFinance Law.

§15.3 UUP shall have exclusive payroll deductions of membership dues and premiums for group insurance and mass-merchandised automobile and homeowners' and other insurance policies offered by UUP for employeesand no other employee organization shall be accorded any such payroll deduction privilege.
