Dear Dr. Scheuerman: In developing supplementary guidelines for expending clinical practice income, the Governing Boards of clinical practice management plans may be guided by Appendix II of the January 3, 1974, Agreement between the State and the Senate Professional Association, Inc. (predecessor in interest to UUP). Any supplementary guidelines which are developed, however, must be consistent with the requirements contained in Section 4 of Article XVI of the Policies of the Board of Trustees.
